Effortless Returns for Your Medical Scrubs

At Orange Appeal Scrubs, we take pride in providing high-quality medical scrubs to keep you comfortable and professional. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is simple:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or embroidered scrubs, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at returns@orangeappealscrubs.com with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the items back to us using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items, minus the 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or style? Simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired items.
